We only sell high quality merchandize and guarantee its working condition unless advertised as untested or non-functional.

We handle three types of warranty scenario, in case your bid item(s) coming in with defect or non-working condition:
- Manufacture's Warranty: If the item advertised as brand new with manufacture's warranty, this type of sale is final, no refund or return. Retail store's sales receipt will be provided upon request
- Non-DOA (Dead On Arrival) Warranty: If the item is advertised as new or under working condition, then you will automatically have 7-day Non-DOA warranty. Cosmetic defect is not covered in DOA. After the non-working condition is confirmed, your will be refunded the final price only. The shipping charge is usually not refundable. If it is more than $20, we will also refund half of the shipping cost.
- No Warranty: If the item advertised as untested, or its condition is not specified, it will sell as-is. The buyer takes risk to bid.
Buyers’ lack of knowledge of software, drivers, or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
Positive feedback is welcome, if you got the chance to add after you receiving the item(s). Our system will detect automatically the positive feedback and send you the equivalent back.
